Did you ever stop a minute to appreciate how precious this human life is or how amazing it is that our breath carried us through the night? When we realize how death is an inevitable and unpredictable reality, this realization will become a powerful method to free our mind from daily worries and concerns.

Through this, we will have the possibility to fully live in the moment and we will appreciate the precious opportunity each instant is offering us.

This half-day course provides practical instruction as well as the experience of two or more different guided meditations, and time to answer your questions.
