Gen Delek will teach a 1-day meditation course based on the teachings from the Oral Instructions of Mahamudra, the very essence of Buddha’s teachings of Sutra and Tantra.

Do you feel you have you been the exact same person your entire life?  Normally we think of ourselves as being stuck with a fixed identity. However, Buddha’s startlingly profound and imaginative Tantric, teachings give us a new vision of what’s possible.

We have unlimited potential to re-imagine ourself as more loving, more compassionate, more wise.  Buddha’s tantric teachings and meditations are all about taking charge of your own “identity” and steering it in powerful and meaningful directions.

These teachings present highly effective methods for getting in touch with the deeper nature of our mind, where it is easy to let go of our self-limiting conceptions and to learn to identify with our potential for enlightenment. Often misunderstood, these methods will be introduced in a way that everyone can appreciate and make use of in their daily life.
