We often find ourselves in positions that we do not like and cannot change. This leaves us with unpleasant and uncomfortable feelings. We can feel trapped in these negative mindsets. We may not be able to change our external situation, but we can change our restless, discontented minds. When our mind is free from distraction and craving we can experience its natural stillness, allowing us to find peace and contentment in every moment of our life, regardless of the external situation.
Individual class topics are:
Receiving Buddha’s Blessings
Letting Go of Attachment
Letting Go of Jealousy
Learning to Encourage Ourself
Each of us has extraordinary potential for inner growth and transformation. We can be completely at ease and brimming with optimism. Imagine it. Create it. ...
