The Force of Aspirational Prayer

Part of the  How to Accomplish Spiritual Goals: The Practice of the Five Forces Series

What if there was a powerful method to accomplish all our spiritual goals?  Buddha taught one, and he called it the Five Forces. With a strong motivation, familiarity, lots of merit, removal of obstacles, and strategic prayer we can bring about deep and lasting spiritual experience into our mind.  With this method we learn how all our practices fit together and move us in the direction of positive spiritual change.

In this class, we will focus on the The Force of Aspirational Prayer

We should begin any practice of training the mind by making special prayers to train in the realization of that practice, and we should finish each practice by dedicating the merit we have accumulated to the realization of that practice.
