The Benefits of Cherishing Others

Part of the How to See the Good in Everyone Series.
Many of the difficulties we experience in our relationships arise due to not accepting others for who they are. We often focus on their faults, thinking they should behave differently, or even be other than what they are.  In these classes we will learn profound meditations on love as the antidote to these critical minds. Gradually we learn to accept the faults we see in others and to love them unconditionally.

In this class, we will focus on understanding how cherishing others is the best method to solve our own and others’ problems.  If we cherish everyone we meet or think about, there will be no basis for developing jealousy, anger, or harmful thoughts, and our mind will be at peace all the time
