How Do I Forgive?

Part of the Buddha, Please Tell Me! Series

What are your questions about life and what does Buddhism have to say?  The ancient wisdom of Buddhist teachings gives a refreshing perspective that encourages us to look at life differently. We can solve daily problems, find real inner peace and enjoy deep happiness from practicing these time-honoured meditations and transformative ways of thinking.

In this class, we will focus on the question:  How Do I Forgive?

By dwelling on the harm done to us, we harm ourselves even more. By learning how to authentically let go of the past we can move in the direction of health, loving relationships and a happy life. Learn about the deep healing and freedom that is possible through the power of forgiveness.
