Start Living in Reality

Part of  Emptiness: the Illuminating Wisdom Series

Buddha taught that we all have tremendous potential for spiritual growth and the capacity for limitless compassion and wisdom.  During this 3-part series we will learn how to use the power of our wisdom to bring about positive inner transformation.  This wisdom has the power to dispel all negativity within our mind and illuminate our mind with peace and joy

In this meditation class, we will focus on the emptiness of all we perceive.

We all live in a subjective reality and our mind is much more involved with our daily experience than we ever would have imagined.  Buddha’s teachings on ultimate truth help us to understand that our mind is the creator of our daily experience.
