Many of the difficulties we experience in our relationships arise due to not accepting others for who they are. We often focus on their faults, thinking they should behave differently or even be other than what they are.  In these classes we will learn profound meditations on love as the antidote to these critical minds. Gradually we learn to accept the faults we see in others and to love them unconditionally.

Check out some background on the topics of the faults of Self-Cherishing and the benefits of Cherishing Others.

Individual class topics are:

  • The Benefits of Cherishing Others
  • Recognizing the Kindness of Others
  • No One is Inherently Faulty
  • Letting Go of Self-Cherishing
