Acting Like a Buddha
Part of the What Would Buddha Do? series
We know Buddha is an enlightened being who lived as a human on this earth almost 2600 years ago. He left behind some 84,000 teachings, all designed to help living beings find their own Buddha seed and become enlightened themselves. What would it be like to think and act like a Buddha?
In this class, Sachi will shift from how we can THINK like Buddha to how we can ACT like Buddha.
We can improve our lives by altering our everyday actions – the way we present ourselves, how we talk, what we choose say or not say, and what we choose to do. We will leave this class understanding more about how to make ourselves and others happier.
No Experience Necessary.
