Befriending Our Fear
Part of the Making Our Heart a Safe Space series
We all wish we could find a place where we can feel safe and free from all worries and fear. But where can we find such a place? Through the course of this series, we will explore how to find true refuge from suffering within ourselves, by cultivating deep experiences of love, compassion, and wisdom.
In this class, the first of the series, Gen Zopa will focus on how to deal with our fears.
With our mind controlled by confusion and delusion we continuously engage in negative actions that make us vulnerable to both physical and mental suffering.
