Buddha’s Radically Different Approach
Part of the Practical Advice from Buddha’s Heart Series
In this series, we will grow to understand how Buddha’s teachings present radically different ways of approaching our everyday problems.
In this class, Sachi will talk further about a radical practice that will open our hearts and lead to mental peace. We know that repeatedly applying our old ideas for eradicating suffering does not give us the peace we yearn for. Buddha has shown how a very different approach, that of voluntarily and patiently accepting suffering. This may seem counter-intuitive, but Buddha has shown how it leads to mental peace. Becoming familiar with new mental habits can change our life.
A 10-15 minute question and answer period is available at the end of each class if you attend the live-stream.
