In this series, we will explore methods for truly enjoying life, regardless of its ups and downs. We will learn to develop a mental resilience that will keep us happy and peaceful in even the most challenging circumstances, and enable us to benefit the people we love.
In this class, the first of the series, Gen Zopa will focus on Living with Change and Loss
Unwanted change and loss often shock us into realizing that everything is impermanent. Knowing and understanding impermanence will free us from delusions like attachment and anger which have been the source of a lot of our problems and suffering.
