How to Practise Emptiness in Daily Life

Part of the My Dreams are My Teacher series

We find dreams fascinating and often wonder at their hidden meaning, but their deepest teaching is about the nature of reality.

In this class, the last of the series, Gen Zopa will  bring it all together and identify the “practicalities” of understanding emptiness.

Some of the things we see in our dreams are beautiful and some are ugly, but they are all mere appearances to our dreaming mind.  It is the same with the objects we perceive when we are awake  – these too are mere appearance.  How can we use this understanding in our daily life?

NEW – This class will include a live question and answer session after the “normal” end of class which will extend the timeframe 10 or 15 minutes.  Gen Zopa encourages your questions, but asks that you keep your questions relevant to the subject matter covered.
