Freedom from Desire

Part of the What is Real Freedom? series

Buddha teaches that the cause of all of our suffering is our negative minds, or delusions, which can be condensed into the 3 root delusions of attachment, hatred and ignorance.  In this series we will come to understand how to free ourselves from these.

In this class, the first of this series,  Gen Zopa will  describe how all of the problems we experience day-to-day such as dissatisfaction and depression, worry and anxiety, anger, loneliness and relationship problems, come from our uncontrolled desire.  Even our physical suffering has its origin in this uncontrolled mind.  In Buddha’s teachings we find perfect methods to end the cycle of samsara and solve all these problems permanently

A 10-15 minute question and answer period is available at the end of each class if you attend the live-stream.

No Experience Necessary.
