Freedom from Selfishness

Part of the What is Real Freedom? series

Buddha teaches that the cause of all of our suffering is our negative minds, or delusions, which can be condensed into the 3 root delusions of attachment, hatred and ignorance.  In this series we will come to understand how to free ourselves from these.

This class is about the joys of freedom from selfishness.   If, in our daily practice, we sincerely avoid always wishing for ourself to be happy and instead wish for others to be happy all the time, our practice will help prevent attachment to the fulfillment of our own wishes.  As a result, we will not experience problems or unhappiness at all.

A 10-15 minute question and answer period is available at the end of each class if you attend the live-stream.

No Experience Necessary.
