Life After Illness

Part of the Is There Life After … ?  Series

In this series, we will explore methods for truly enjoying life, regardless of its ups and downs. We will learn to develop a mental resilience that will keep us happy and peaceful in even the most challenging circumstances, and enable us to benefit the people we love.

In this class, Gen Zopa will focus on Life After Illness

We’re all affected in some way by illness and the loss of physical or mental ability.  But through meditation and Buddha’s wisdom we can learn methods to help settle our mind, improve ourselves mentally and help us to accept a challenging life.
