Integrating Insight Into Daily Life
Part of the Faith and the Logical Mind series
The life we wish to have and the world we wish to experience are created upon the foundation of faith and reason. Faith is not simply belief. When faith is based on reasoning it becomes a powerful force for good in our lives.
In this class, the last of the series, Gen Zopa will explain how to integrate Dharma practice into our daily lives. Dharma practice is not confined to meditation alone. We should keep a close watch over our mind at all times by applying mindfulness, alertness and conscientiousness, and gradually abandon whatever bad habits we may have.
NEW: A 10-15 minute question and answer period has been added at the end of each class.
No Experience Necessary.
