Recognizing the Kindness of Others
Part of the How to See the Good in Everyone Series.
Many of the difficulties we experience in our relationships arise due to not accepting others for who they are. We often focus on their faults, thinking they should behave differently, or even be other than what they are. In these classes we will learn profound meditations on love as the antidote to these critical minds. Gradually we learn to accept the faults we see in others and to love them unconditionally.
In this class in particular, we will focus on developing an understanding of how our happiness arises through the kindness of other living beings. Whether they had this intention is irrelevant, as we never truly know others motivations. But we know when we are grateful, our heart opens and we ourselves become happier.
