Living Beings Have No Faults

Part of the Humble Virtue or Arrogant Pride? series

Nothing good ever comes from dwelling on our own qualities and others’ faults.  All that happens is that we develop a highly distorted, self-important view of ourself, and an arrogant, disrespectful attitude towards others.  In this series we will explore the advantages of humility and how it enables us to learn from everyone.

In this class, the first of the series, Gen Zopa will give us a different perspective on the ‘others’ we encounter in our lives.

Although sentient beings’ minds are filled with delusions, sentient beings themselves are not faulty.  All the faults we see in people are actually the faults of their delusions, not of the people themselves.

No Experience Necessary.
