In this 6-part series Gen Zopa will explain the life-enhancing meditations on our precious human life, death and impermanence, and karma. Gaining experience of these meditations will give us insight into the big questions of life and death, and enable us to deal skillfully with grief and suffering. In particular it will allow us to generate a life-enhancing energy that will empower us to truly make the most of our lives, to live and die joyfully and meaningfully.

In this class, Gen Zopa will talk about living each day with purpose. Through making a sincere and consistent effort to become familiar with constructive states of mind we can eliminate even the most stubborn delusions and replace them with the opposite virtues.
