How to See the Good in Everyone

Many of the difficulties we experience in our relationships arise due to not accepting others for who they are. We often focus on their faults, thinking they should behave differently or even be other than what they are.  In these classes we will learn profound meditations on love as the antidote to these critical minds. Gradually we learn to accept the faults we see in others and to love them unconditionally.

Session topics are:

  • The Benefits of Cherishing Others
  • Recognizing the Kindness of Others
  • No One is Inherently Faulty
  • Letting Go of Self-Cherishing

This is your May long weekend “stay at home” dharma opportunity. All four sessions will be available on demand Saturday morning, May 22 to Thursday evening, May 27th.  These sessions were recorded in May 2020 at Bodhichitta Kadampa Buddhist Centre.  The teachings are timeless.

EVERYONE WELCOME!
