The Emptiness of Our I
Part of the My Dreams are My Teacher series
We find dreams fascinating and often wonder at their hidden meaning, but their deepest teaching is about the nature of reality.
In this class, Gen Zopa will focus on the emptiness of the object that we are most attached to – ourself.
The object we grasp at most strongly is our self or I. Due to the imprints of self-grasping ignorance accumulated over time without beginning, our I appears to us as inherently existent, and our self-grasping mind automatically grasps at it in this way.
NEW – This class will include a live question and answer session after the “normal” end of class which will extend the timeframe 10 or 15 minutes. Gen Zopa encourages your questions, but asks that you keep your questions relevant to the subject matter covered.
No Experience Necessary.
