Thinking Like a Buddha
Part of the What Would Buddha Do? series
We know Buddha is an enlightened being who lived as a human on this earth almost 2600 years ago. He left behind some 84,000 teachings, all designed to help living beings find their own Buddha seed and become enlightened themselves. What would it be like to think and act like a Buddha?
In this class, Sachi will address why and how to reverse or reframe our normal mode of thinking
To think like Buddha, we need to reverse our normal mode of thinking on many dimensions – primarily shifting the focus away from ourself and contemplating instead the good qualities of others. She will include some specific ways to accomplish this and explain why and how it works to improve our life and state of mind.
