Tragedy of the Blame Game
Part of the Practical Advice from Buddha’s Heart Series
In this series, we will grow to understand how Buddha’s teachings present radically different ways of approaching our everyday problems.
In this class, Sachi will help us take a look at our usual responses to suffering. These responses are often anger in one of its many forms. We can examine whether or not these approaches are helpful – giving us the outcome we wish for. We will consider the practice of patient acceptance – a powerful tool that helps us overcome suffering.
A 10-15 minute question and answer period is available at the end of each class if you attend the live-stream.
