4-PART COURSE
Reconnecting with family, friends and our community requires more than sharing a common space, we need to cultivate and share a common joy. Unlocking our potential for pure happiness will make our renewed relationships even stronger and filled with more love.
In this series of Saturday classes we will look at four ways to bring pure joy, happiness and peace to our interactions with others. By practicing meditations and bringing the essence of them into daily life you can cultivate your unlimited potential!

When we understand the great kindness others have given us we draw closer to others, wish to repay their kindness and discover the endless joy of cherishing others.

Learning to rejoice in the virtuous actions, happiness, good qualities and good fortune of others multiples our merit, our potential for attaining spiritual realizations. In this class we will learn about this joyful practise and develop a wish to engage in it.

Q. Do I need to be a Buddhist to attend?

No. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in whenever you like.
Q. Do I need to attend the whole series of classes?
No, please feel free to drop in whenever you like. Each class is taught in such a way that if you only attend one class, you will derive benefit from it.
Q. What is your policy regarding late arrival?
Our doors open 15 minutes before class start. Kindly arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class start to facilitate check in and get seated. Out of kindness for our volunteers, students and Teachers, we cannot accommodate latecomers. If it is a multi-session class, you may return at the start time for the next session. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. What is your policy regarding fragrance?
We strive to be a scent free environment. Please help us keep the air we share healthy and fragrance free. The chemicals used in scented products can make some people sick, especially those with fragrance sensitivities, asthma and allergies.
