ABOUT THIS RETREAT

Mahamudra – the rarest and most profound of all Buddhist meditations – made practical and accessible for everyone.

If you want to discover the sublime, hidden depths of your mind, this retreat is for you.  Mahamudra enables us to access subtle and blissful states of mind that we are normally unaware of.  There is no better method for experiencing deep mental peace, no quicker method for tackling negative states of mind at their root, and no surer way of finding stable and lasting happiness from within.

This 2-part retreat is based on The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.  It explains clearly and concisely the entire spiritual path from the initial preliminary practices to the final completion stages of Highest Yoga Tantra that enable us to attain full enlightenment in this life.  Please see below about who can attend these retreats.
