The Benefits of Meditation

By practicing meditation patiently over time, we will discover that it is possible to experience inner peace and contentment just by controlling the mind, without having to depend upon external conditions.  All of the techniques that Buddha taught are different methods, each more profound and effective, for transforming the mind and transforming our lives.
