Although we all wish to be happy and avoid problems, we constantly meet with problems and difficulties in our daily life.  The only way to really reduce our problems and increase our happiness is to change our mental attitudes from negative to positive.

This 3-part course will offer practical methods for bringing about this change in our mind so that we can attain pure and everlasting happiness and freedom from misery.  Open to everyone, regardless of previous experience.

SATURDAY OCT 26 / 10.00-11.15am

Where does happiness come from?  Why haven’t we found everlasting happiness?  Can we be happy all the time?  Discover the true cause of happiness and how we can work towards this extraordinary goal.

SATURDAY NOV 2 / 10.00-11.15am

What is the nature of our mind?  Through understanding the nature and function of the mind we can improve our lives in powerful and profound ways. Discover how to develop and maintain a light, positive mind – how to recognize and abandon states of mind that harm us, and to replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones.

SATURDAY NOV 9 / 10.00-11.15am

What is our potential?  Each and every living being has the potential to become an enlightened being.  Through meditation and putting practical teachings into practice in our daily lives, we can transform our mind from that of an ordinary being to that of a fully enlightened being, a Buddha.
