This half-day course will offer a practical advice from Buddha’s wisdom about how to create a more positive view of the situations and experiences that arise in our day-to-day lives.  Every day – both directly and indirectly – circumstances arise that are troubling and perhaps even overwhelming. The world may seem to be more and more chaotic and uncertain.

Buddhist teachings offer inspiring ways to deal with demanding and difficult situations, showing us how to transform them into opportunities for personal and spiritual development.

Teachings taken from Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book “Transform your Life” will offer wisdom that allows us to create a life of unchanging freedom and happiness despite the challenges that appear in today’s world.

Everybody is welcome to attend this course, regardless of experience. The course will include short guided meditations that will give rise to a peaceful feeling in the mind and improve your ability to solve your daily problems effectively.

9.30-10.30am:  Session 1

10.30-10.45am:  Tea Break

10.45-11.30am:  Session 2

11.40am-12.30pm:  Session 3
