When we develop heavy feelings about life it is usually because we are tightly grasping at things, people and situations.  We can learn to view things differently by understanding their impermanence which helps us to live in a much lighter way.

During this course and retreat we will learn how to recognize the tendency within our mind to hold onto painful and unhelpful states of mind and how to begin to let go.  It is recommended that you attend both the course and retreat, but you may drop in to either one.
