When we train in meditation our mind becomes peaceful and controlled, and when our mind is peaceful we are happy all the time even if our external conditions are poor.  On this special 1-day retreat Gen Kelsang Zopa will guide us through a series of meditations that produce a profound inner peace. This retreat is a  precious opportunity to improve our inner qualities and identify with the true meaning of our human life.
