LETTING GO OF ANGER AND CONFLICT
Imagine being able to respond skillfully to problems and conflicts with a peaceful, flexible mind free from anger or fear. By understanding the nature and causes of anger, we can begin to transform problems and conflicts into opportunities for personal growth.
HEALING OUR PAST
Often we feel trapped by past experiences and feel stuck in unhelpful, even hurtful, patterns of behaviour. Using Buddha’s teachings on karma and purification, we can heal the wounds of the past, enabling us to live joyfully and creatively in the present.

IMPROVING OUR RELATIONSHIPS
Many of the difficulties we experience in our relationships arise due to not accepting others for who they are. In these classes we will learn profound meditations on love that help us to happily accept the faults we see in others and to love them unconditionally.

TRANSFORMING OUR OBSTACLES
Buddha gave special teachings for transforming the suffering and difficulties we encounter into the very means for improving ourselves emotionally and spiritually. We can also learn to overcome our sense of isolation and make a heartfelt connection with others.

BECOMING YOUR OWN PROTECTOR
We have so many fears: loneliness, poverty, sickness, death, the future of this world and our children… What do we turn to protect us from fear and anxiety? Through understanding how to rely on the Three Jewels, Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, we can develop an inner trust and confidence in our own ability to transform our difficulties and fears.
Krista is a member of the Teacher Training Program and has lead the guided meditation on Tuesdays for many years. She has also frequently taught our Saturday classes. Krista is well known for her kind and gentle delivery of Dharma teachings.

Our doors open 15 minutes before class start. Kindly arrive at least 5-10 minutes before class start to facilitate check in and get seated. Out of kindness for our volunteers, students and Teachers, we cannot accommodate latecomers. If it is a multi-session class, you may return at the start time of the next session.
