Buddhism teaches that we have all existed in other forms in the past and will exist in other forms in the future until we break the cycle of aging, sickness, death, and rebirth by attaining enlightenment.

Understanding this cyclical existence has many benefits; it helps explain why things happen to us in this life, helps us understand that all beings are connected, and can teach us how to cherish others without the favouritism of attachment.

This 3-part course will offer practical methods that lead to a happy, peaceful mind and ultimately to full enlightenment.  Open to everyone, regardless of previous experience.

SATURDAY NOV 23 / 10.00-11.15am

Understanding Our Death  By investigating how our mind and body are different entities we can understand how the continuum of our mind is beginningless.

SATURDAY NOV 30 / 10.00-11.15am

Understanding How Our Present Experience Comes From Karma  Buddha taught that the substantial cause for our present experience is karma – our actions and effects.

SATURDAY DEC 7 / 10.00-11.15am

Understanding Our Future Lives  By gaining control over our delusions and increasing our wisdom and compassion, we can create a future life of pure and lasting happiness.
